The southeast pile was driven first to a <br /> <br />total depth of about 20 feet beneath existing site grades where driving refusal was <br />reached. The northwest pile was then driven under the same procedures which reached a <br /> <br />depth of about 21 feet beneath existing site grades where driving refusal w-as met. <br /> <br />Both piles appear to be near vertical. No problems were encountered or observed during the <br /> <br />pile driving. <br /> <br />based on the above observation, it is our opinion that the piles w~re driven as <br /> <br />reccmraended and have obtained the design capacity as specified. <br /> <br />COPIES TO: ~ounty, ~gineer <br /> <br />SIGNED D~niel M.
