TEST PIT SITES MUST BE MARKED FOR FUTURE LOCATION. <br />THE AIYACHED ORANGE CARD MUST BE POSTED AT THE COUNTY ROAD <br />prior to requesting an inspection, The card must be located <br />near the driveway to the property to assist the inspector in <br />locating the access onto the site. <br />THE APPROVED SEPTIC SYSTEM AREA MUST BE PROTECTED from any <br />vehicular traffic, livestock and farming activities. Other <br />activities such as logging, excavating or filling, driveway <br />placement or any similar activities may also damage the soil <br />in the area and adversely affect the septic system approval. <br />The areas of the initial septic system and the future repair <br />system must both be protected. <br />OBSERVE ALL SETBACKS AND SEPARATION DISTANCES as required by <br />the DEO rules.
