Based on the results of this study, site <br />approval was granted. The approval is site specific to the area tested, and the septic <br />system must be located in the immediate area of the test pits, unless otherwise authorized <br />by this office. A new site evaluation may be required if the system is proposed for a <br />different area on the property, <br /> <br />This approval was given on the basis that the lot or parcel will not be further partitioned <br />or subdivided and that conditions on this property and on adjacent properties are not altered <br />in any manner which would prohibit the issuance of a permit, Soils in the approved area <br />shall not be altered by cutting, filling, or other developmental activities which would <br />impede the successful operation of the initial or replacement absorption systems, Failure <br />to comply with the above items may void this approval, <br /> <br />The site evaluation approval runs with the land. but the permit is non-transferable and non- <br />refundable, <br /> <br />Keep this document with your records. Show this permit to the septic installer prior to <br />installation of the system, Any deviation from the approved plan must have prior approval from <br />this office. <br /> <br />The following construction specificatioms shall apply to the imstallation of the initial <br />septic system: <br /> <br /> TYPE OF INITIAL SYSTEM: <br /> <br /> MINIMUM SEPTIC TANK CqPACITY: 1500 GALLONS <br /> LINEAL FEET OF DRAINFIE[D: 500 <br /> TYPE OF DISTRIBUTION: EQUAL <br /> DISPOSAL TRENCH DEPTH: 12INCHES, MINIMUM; 12INCHES, MAXIMUM <br /> TOTAL DRAIN MEDIA DEPTH: 12INCHES <br /> DRAIN MEDIA UNDER PIPE: 6INCHES <br /> MINIMUM SOIL BACKFILL: 12INCHES <br /> GROUND WATER INTERCEPTOR: N <br /> <br /> The disposal trenches are constructed two (2) feet wide and on minimum ten (10) foot centers <br /> and with no line exceeding 125 feet in length. The trenches and perforated pipe are <br /> installed level (+/- one inch) and contoured to follow the natural ground surface. <br /> <br /> TYPE OF FUTURE REPLACEMENT SYSTEM: CAPPING FILL <br /> <br />COMMENTS AND CONDITIONS <br /> <br /> 1, CALL BEFORE YOU DIG .... THIS SEPTIC REVIEW WAS COMPLETED BY Z,EWING ON 9/29/98, THE <br /> SITE IS VERY POORLY DRAINED AND SUBJECT TO A SEASONAL HIGH <br /> WATER TABLE, A CAPPING FILL DRAINFIELD REPLACEMENT IS RE- <br /> QUIRED AND A HYDROSPLI~ER UNIT IS RECOMMENDED TO GET EQUAL <br /> DISTRIBUTION, CHECK TO ASSURE THAT THE EXISTING PUMP SYSTEM <br /> IS ADEQUATE TO PUMP TO THE NEW SITE, <br />2. THE A1-FACHED ORANGE CARD MUST BE POSTED AT THE COUNTY ROAD <br /> prior to requesting an inspection. The card must be located <br /> near the driveway to the property to assist the inspector in <br /> locating the access onto the site, <br />4. THE APPROVED SEPTIC SYSTEM AREA MUST BE PROTECTED from any <br /> vehicular traffic, livestock and farming activities. Other <br /> activities such as loBging, excavating or filling, driveway <br /> placement or any similar activities may also damage the soil <br /> in the area and adversely affect the septic system approval. <br /> <br /> <br />
