The numbers shall be affixed prior to final inspection. (513) COFC 10.301) (ORD 774) <br /> <br />A ROADSIDE MARKER shall be placed at the access point with address numbers in a contrasting and highly visible <br />color, not less than five (5) inches in height for commercial use, or three (3) inches in height for residential use in a <br />contrasting and highly visible color. <br /> <br />THE INSPECTION RECORD GREEN CARD shall be posted in a visible and readily accessible location throughout <br />coustmction. APPROVED CONSTRUCTION PLANS shall be kept on the site of the building or work at the time of <br />inspection. <br /> <br />WORK MAY PROCEED only at the direction of the inspector. To request an inspection of completed work, call <br />3734427 prior to 7:00 a.m. to receive same day service. <br /> <br />A COPY OF THE APPROVED PLANS AND THIS PLAN REVIEW NOTICE SHALL BE KEPT ON <br />THE SITE OF THE BUILDING OR WORK AT THE TIME OF ALL INSPECTION, <br /> <br />LOT DRAINAGE. Lots shall be provided with adequate drainage and shall be graded so as to drain surface <br />water away from foundation walls. The grade away from foundation walls shall fall a minimum of 6 in. <br />within the first 10 ft. Where lot lines, wails or other physical barriers prob. ibit 6' of fall within 10 feet, <br />drains or other approved means shall be provided to ensure positive drainage <br /> <br />GROUNDING ELECTRODES. When concrete reinforcing bars are installed in concrete footings, the <br />following requirements shall be met to provide for a grounding electrode system: <br /> 1.
