If the demolition is <br />adjacent to a public way, plans are required showing the proposed pedestrian protection, <br />Care shall be taken as not to create a hazard or an attractive nuisance that may attract <br />chlldren or others. <br /> <br />All gas. water, electric, and sewer lines must be properly terminated at the <br />~roperty line. Check with the water/sewer district to obtain the proper procedures <br />o follow, and notify when complete. <br /> <br />All debris must be cleared from the site, <br /> <br />Septic tanks are to be pumped and removed or completely filled with rock or sand. <br /> <br />Wells are to be capped in accordance with and under the direction of Oregon <br />Department of Water Resources. <br /> <br />Basements or cellars must be filled or adequately guarded to prevent injury. <br /> <br />Underground fuel tanks are to be removed in accordance with and under the <br />direction of Oregon Department of Environmental Quality. <br /> <br />An inspection must be completed by this office after demolition to verify that <br />all conditions have been met.
