The force required to activate <br />such equipment, other than exterior doors, shall be no greater than 5 pounds. (1109.3.1) <br /> <br />There is an alternate fastener given for the cormection of the osb to the metal studs. Do not use <br />this alternate without first submitting to this office the fastener being considered and the fasteners <br />listing showing how it is equivalent to the screws specified in the engineering. <br /> <br />.Footings need to extend a minimum of 12" below the finish grade.
