No evidence of failure was found and the system appeared to be <br />functioning ~n a satisfactory manner. The septic tank was pumped and inspected on 01/22/98 <br />by LIL SEPTIC <br /> <br />This notice is issued with the recommendation that the septic tank be pumped and inspected by <br />a licensed septic tank pumper approximately every five years. This notice does not guarantee <br />satisfactory or continuous operation of the existing on-site sewage disposal system, <br /> <br />Planning approval may also be required for any proposed development of the property, <br /> <br />COMMENTS AND CONDITIONS <br /> <br />1. ll~IS SEPTIC REVIEW WAS COMPLETED BY Z.EWING ON FEBRUARY 4, <br /> 1998. THERE IS INADEQUATE ROOM ON THE PROPOSED PARTITIONING <br /> FOR FUTURE SEPTIC SYSTEM REPLACEMENT MEETING WELL SETBACK <br /> ETC. MR NETFER ~ PROVIDED A 50' EXTENSION OF THE PROPERTY <br /> TO NORTH BY AN EASEMENT FOR THE INSTALLATION AND MAINTANENCE <br /> OF A FUTURE SEPTIC SYSTEM REPLACEMENT. THIS AREA MUST NOT <br /> BE DAMAGED IN A WAY WHICH WOULD MAKE DPJ~INFIELD INSTALLATION <br /> IMPOSSIBLE. <br />2. THE A1-FACHED ORANGE CARD MUST BE POSTED AT THE COUNTY ROAD <br /> prior to requesting an inspection. The card must be located <br /> near the driveway to the property to assist the inspector in <br /> locating the access onto the site. <br />2. THE APPROVED SEPTIC SYSTEM AREA MUST BE PROTECTED from any <br /> vehicular traffic, livestock and farming activities. Other <br /> activities such as logging, excavating or f~lling, driveway <br /> placement or any similar activities may also damage the soil <br /> in the area and adversely affect the septic system approval. <br /> The areas of the initial septic system and the future repair <br /> system must both be protected. <br /> <br /> <br />
