The FEMA Map <br />( August 17, 1982) showsthe I00 year flood base ele.,ation nearest the proposed str~ure as being <br />356.5. The actual elevation of the area where the proposed structure is to be placed is 365.0 <br />accordin~ to a topographic survcy completed by thc applicam's cnginccr. Rs can be seen, the <br />proposed site is much higher than the base elevation as shown on thc FEMA Map; a~d therefore is <br />not within tl~ I00 year flood plain, A Flood Plain Development Permit is not required. <br /> <br />I have also Iook~d at lhe new proposed site plan thai was submitted to meet l~e requirements of the <br />Site Development Revicw, nmi find that it meets with my approval. <br /> <br />cc: Planning Co..,~ssion <br /> <br /> <br />
