This permit is issued with the recommendation that the septic tank <br /> be <br />pumped and inspected approximately every five (5) years, <br /> <br />This notice does not guarantee satisfactory or continuous operation of the existing <br />on-site sewage system disposal field. Planning approval may be required for the <br />proposed development of the property. <br /> <br />COMMENTS AND CUNUIIIONS <br /> <br />1. THIS SEPTIC REVIEW WAS COMPLETED BY LEE GRIMES on <br /> 04 / 22 /1998 <br />2. THF~'T~ACFF~D ORANQ~E'-~ARD MUST BE POSTED AT THE COUNTY ROAD <br /> prior to requesting an inspection. The card must be located <br /> near the driveway to the property to assist the inspector in <br /> locating the access onto the site. <br />3. THE APPROVED SEPTIC SYSTEM AREA MUST BE PROTECTED from any <br /> vehicular traffic, livestock and farming activities. Other <br /> activities such as logging, excavating or filling, driveway <br /> placement or any similar activities may also damage the soil <br /> in the area and adversely affect the septic system approval. <br /> The areas of the initial septic system and the future repair <br /> system must both be protected. <br /> <br /> <br />
