The following specifications shall apply to the installation of the septic tank: MINIMUM SEPTIC TANK CAPACITY: I000 Call for inspection of the new septic tank after the tank has been installed and prior to backfill. This permit is issued with the recommendation that the septic tank be pumped and inspected approximately every five (5) years, This notice does not guarantee satisfactory or continuous operation of the existing on-site sewage system disposal field. Planning approval may be required for the proposed development of the property. COMMENTS AND CUNUIIIONS 1. THIS SEPTIC REVIEW WAS COMPLETED BY LEE GRIMES on 04 / 22 /1998 2. THF~'T~ACFF~D ORANQ~E'-~ARD MUST BE POSTED AT THE COUNTY ROAD prior to requesting an inspection. The card must be located near the driveway to the property to assist the inspector in locating the access onto the site. 3. THE APPROVED SEPTIC SYSTEM AREA MUST BE PROTECTED from any vehicular traffic, livestock and farming activities. Other activities such as logging, excavating or filling, driveway placement or any similar activities may also damage the soil in the area and adversely affect the septic system approval. The areas of the initial septic system and the future repair system must both be protected.
