Under Oregon Law, a <br />final Inspection is required to be completed when the building is complete and <br />ready for occupancy. As you review your records of this project, you are <br />encouraged to make sure any other permits obtained for this site have received <br />final inspection approvals. <br /> <br />Without a Final Inspection Approval the structure may not be legally <br />occupied. As the permit holder, you are required to call for inspections when <br />the work has been completed. You are also required to provide access to and the <br />means for the inspection of the permitted work. <br /> <br />As your permit is expired, you are required to pay an inspection fee in order to <br />obtain a Final inspection.
