No evidence of failure was found and the system appeared to be <br />functioning in a satisfactory manner. The septic tank was pumped and inspected on / / <br />by <br /> <br />This notice is issued with the recomendation that the septic tank be pumped and inspected by <br />a licensed septic tank pumper approximately every five years, This notice does not guarantee <br />satisfactory or continuous operation of the existing on-site sewage disposal system. <br /> <br />Planning approval may also be required for any proposed development of the property. <br /> <br />COMMENTS AND CONDITIONS <br /> <br />1. THIS SEPTIC REVIEW WAS COMPLETED BY LEE GRIMES ON MARCH 25, <br /> 1998. THIS REVIEW IS IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE PROPOSED <br /> PROPERTY PARTITION, NO CONFLICT OR FAILURE WAS NOTICED, OUR <br /> RECORDS INDICATE THAT THE SAND FILTER/CAPPING FILL SEPTIC <br /> SYSTEM WAS INSTALLED APRIL 5, t994. WE RECOMMENED THAT THE <br /> SAND FILTER SYSTEM BE SERVICED EVERY FOUR YEARS. THE COMBO <br /> SEPTIC TANK/EFFLUENT PUMP STATION SHOULD BE CLEANED AT THE <br /> EARLIEST OPPORTUNITY. AN AS-BUILT DIAGRAM OF THE SYSTEM IS <br /> AVAILABLE AT OUR OFFICE SHOULD THE PUMPING SERVICE NEED ANY <br /> INFORMATION TO FACILITATE THE CLEANING, <br />2. THE A~ACHED ORANGE CARD MUST BE POSTED AT THE COUNTY ROAD <br /> prior to requesting an inspection. The card must be located <br /> near the driveway to the property to assist the inspector in <br /> locating the access onto the site. <br />3. THE APPROVED SEPTIC SYSTEM AREA MUST BE PROTECTED from any <br /> vehicular traffic, livestock and farming activities. Other <br /> activities such as logging, excavating or filling, driveway <br /> placement or any similar activities may also damage the soil <br /> in the area and adversely affect the septic system approval, <br /> The areas of the initial septic system and the future repair <br /> system must both be protected. <br /> <br /> <br />
