MARION COUNTY <br />BUILDING INSPECTION <br />3150 Lancaster Dr NE Suite C <br />Salem, Oregon 97305-1398 <br /> <br />PHIl: (503) 588-5147 (8:00 AM - 4:30 PM) <br /> <br /> Building Inspection <br />Dwelling Plan Review Notice <br /> <br />Permit Number: <br />Site Address: <br /> <br />This PLAN REVIHW was completed by~,~ on ~_~/_i~._/19__.~. <br />This plan was reviewed under the 1996 Edition of the State of Oregon One and Two Family Dwelling Specialty Code. <br /> <br />APPROVAL of submitted plans is not an approval of omissions or oversights by this office or of noncompliance with <br />a~y applicable regnlatious of local government. <br /> <br />APPROVED ADDRF_~$ NUMBERS shall I~ painmd or affixed to the front of the building in a contrasting and <br />highly visible color, not less than six (6) inches in height for commercial use of four (4) inches in height for residen- <br />tial use. The numbers shall he affixed prior to final inspection. (513) (UFC 10.301) (ORD 774) <br /> <br />A ROADSIDE MARKER shall be placed at the access point with address munhers in a contrasting and highly visible <br />color, not less than five (5) inches in height for commercial use, or three (3) inches in height for residential use in a <br />contrasting and highly visible color. <br /> <br />THE INSPECTION RECORD GREEN CARD shall be posted in a visible and readily accessible location throughout <br />conslmodon. APPROVED CONSTRUCTION PLANS shall be kept on the site of the building or work at the lime of <br />iuspeeiion. <br /> <br />WORK MAY PROCEED only at the direction of the inspector. To request an inspection of completed work, call <br />373-4427 prior to 7:00 a.m. to receive same day service. <br /> <br />A COPY OF THE APPROVED PLANS AND THIS PLAN REVIEW NOTICE SHALL BE KEPT ON <br />THE SiTE OF THE BUILDING OR WORK AT THE TIME OF ALL INSP~ON. <br /> <br />LOT DRAINAGE. Lo~.s shell be provided with edequate drainage and shall he graded so us to drain surface <br />water away from foundation walls. The grade away from foundation walls shall fall a minimum of 6 in. <br />within the first l0 i~. Where lot lines, wails or other physical barriers prohibit 6" of fall within l0 feet, <br />drains or~o~tl~r approved means shall be provided to ensure positive drainage <br /> <br />GROUNDING ELECTRODES. When concrete reinforcing bars are installed in concrete footings, the <br />following requirements shall he met to provide for a grounding electrode system: <br /> 1.
