No evidence of failure was found and the system appeared to be <br />functioning in a satisfactory manner. The septic tank was pumped and inspected on 66/18/97 <br />by STAYTON SEPTIC . <br /> <br />This notice is issued with the recommendation that the septic tank be pumped and inspected by <br />a licensed septic tank pumper approximately every five years. This notice does not guarantee <br />satisfactory or continuous operation of the existing on-site sewage disposal system. <br /> <br />Planning approval may also be required for any proposed development of the property. <br /> <br />COMMENTS AND CONDITIONS <br /> <br />1. THIS SEPTIC REVIEW WAS COMPLETED BY LEE GRIMES ON JUNE 17, <br /> 1997. THE REVIEW IS IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE PROPOSED LOT <br /> LINE ADJUSTMENT TO STRAIGHTEN THE PROPERTY LINE. NO APPARENT <br /> CONFLICT OR FAILURE WAS NOTICED. SPACE IS AVAILABLE FOR <br /> FUTURE REPAIRS. OUR RECORDS INDICATE THAT THE CURRENT SYSTEM <br /> WAS INSTALLED AS A REPAIR SEPTEMBER 21, 1786. IT INCLUDES A <br /> 100~ GALLON CONCRETE TANK AND 45~ FEET OF DRAINFIELD. WE <br /> RECONMEND TAHT THE TANK BE PUMPED ON A REGULAR SCHEDULE, <br /> ABOUT EVERY FIVE YEARS TO EXTEND THE SYSTEM'S USEFUL LIFE <br /> AS LONG AS POSSIBLE. <br />2. The attached ORANGE CARD must be posted at the county road. <br />3. The site must be protected from traffic, livestock, farming <br /> or other damaging activities. <br /> <br /> <br />
