CONSULTING SERVICES
3289 Cheyenne Ct. N.W.
Salem, OR 97304
(503) 364- 7470

5/12./97

To: Lee Grimes
From: Zan Ewing
Re: Septic approval, 8100 Darley Road S.E. Site # 92-1022 Gary Flager
applicant.

Lee,

Attached is a site plan and proposal for a Iow pressure drainfield on the above
property. Also is a copy of the approval given by Marion County in 1978. The
location of the site proposed is the area of the #4 approved test hole. The
pressure drainfield has been based on 450 gallons per day flow and using table
~, of the D.E.Q. rules to determine drainfield length of 75' per 150 gallons or
225' for 3 to 4 bdrooms.

The area of the approved test holes is reasonably high compared to the rest of
the property and higher than the ara you look at March of 1992 in the Northwest
corner of the property.

Let me know what you think of the proposal and system design. If you need any
additional information please give me a call.

Sincerely
