Notice to Installers, Inspectors, Homeowners. This home has been surveyed as part of a field study of manufactured homes by the Oregon State University Extension Service. The study is being conducted on behalf of the Oregon Building Codes Divismn and the manufactured housing industry to further improve the quality of homes sited in Oregon. Information from the study is used by manufacturers, dealers, and installers to improve the materials and procedures used in'installing manufactured homes. Below is a list of any items that we found to be at variance with requirements contained in the State of Oregon Manufactured Dwelling Standard or the manufacturer's installation instructions. The Oregon Building Codes Division will likely require these items to be corrected. This information is provided to help speed resolution of issues regarding this particular home and does not constrain or represent State or local code enforcement personnel. The results of this survey are forwarded to Oregon Building Codes Division, who may require corrective action. If you have questions regarding these findings, you can contact the inspector.
