. 40tice to Installers, Inspectors, Homeowners. <br /> <br />This home has been surveyed as part of a field study of manufactured homes by the Oregon State <br />University Extension Service. The study is being conducted on behalf of the Oregon Building <br />Codes Division and the manufactured housing industry to further improve the quality of homes <br />sited in Oregon. Information from the study is used by manufacturers, dealers, and installers to improve the <br />materials and procedures used in installing manufactured homes. Below is a list of any items that we found to be <br />at variance with requirements contained in the State of Oregon Manufactured Dwelling Standard or the <br />manufacturer's installation instructmns. The Oregon Building Codes Division will likely require these items to <br />be corrected. This information is provided to help speed resolution of issues regarding this particular home and <br />does not constrain or represent State or local code enforcement personnel. The results of this survey are <br />forwarded to Oregon Building Codes Division, who may require corrective action.
