ITEMS ARE TO BE COP.RECTED WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER OCCUPANCY: <br /> <br />(1) Seal all cracks and wood gaps that provide access for <br />infestation of pest to the interior of the dwelling structure. This <br />requirement applies to all soffit areas, truss eave blocking, siding <br />and at lower edge of garage door framing. Sealing may be accom- <br />plished by trimming with wood or caulking. <br /> <br />(2) Add additional nails to siding on garage/master bedroom side <br />of dwelling. Siding has warped away from the framing where nails <br />were not installed. <br /> <br />(3) Seal around penetrations of floor where heating unit pene- <br />trates to under floor. <br /> <br />(4) Remove wood and other debris from under floor crawl space. <br />Several pieces of plywood were observed. <br /> <br />(5) Remove all damaged insulation from under floor area and <br />replace with the same type. Install new supports to prevent insula- <br />tion from becoming displaced in the future. <br /> <br />(6) Provide 6 mil visqueen under floor to a point at least 12" <br />up the foundation wall. <br /> <br />(7) Provide a rigid transition boot for heat supply duct where <br />duct passes between the floor and top plate under front living room. <br />Current flex duct is crushed and will not perform. <br /> <br />(8) Provide a soffit under floor area of cantilever at front of <br />living room.
