DWELLING LABELS are ?quired in lieu of plumbing, mechanical <br />and electrical permi=s. They must be obtained a~ this office <br />and be signed bX the homeowner doing his own work or by the <br />sub-contractor for the specific wore performed; they May not <br />be issued to a general contractor. The label should be <br />affixed to the Tur~ace plenum or sill plate prior to the <br />underfloor Mechanical or plumbing inspection reguest; or <br />to the electrical panel box prior to the rough-in plumbing, <br />Mechanical. or electrical inspection requests. <br />6.
