This review does not include <br />any review of accessory structures. <br />Separate permits are required for accessory structures, including garages and <br />carports, electrical service, water lines, sewer lines, and septic sys~ens. <br /> <br />The approved site plan shall be posted in a visible and readily accessible <br />loc~tion.prior to the inspection r~quest. The manufactured dwelling is to be <br />installed per the 1996 Oregon nanuTactured Owelling Standards. <br /> <br />The pernit fee for this manufactured dwelling covers a maximum of three inspections <br />if corrections are required. Ail blocking, installation of tenporar¥ or permanent <br />stairs, and plunbing, electrical, and mechanical connections are required prior to <br />an inspection request. <br /> <br />Before inspections are requested, the green "Record of Inspection" card must be posted <br />in an accessible location near the front of the building. No inspections will be <br />performed if the green card is not posted on the job site and available to the inspector. <br />Post the orange card, depicting the property address, at the driveway entrance. <br /> <br />gork nay proceed only at the direction of the inspector. STAND INSPECTION: <br /> <br /> 602 - FOOTINGS: If you are placing concrete for concrete pads; or runners or <br /> concrete for perineter footings and foundation. Call for inspection before <br /> pouring the concrete. <br /> <br /> This inspection includes checking re-bar placement, when required; checking <br /> distances to adjacent structures, proaerty lines~ streets and sidewalks in <br /> a manufactured dwelling park; and setbacks from propert~ lines for installations <br /> other than parks..Property lines nustbe cleariy eerke~. <br />2. INSTALLATION INSPECTION: <br /> <br /> 6~7 - BLOCKING & CONNECTIONS: This inspection includes blocking placement and <br /> connections: electrical feeder connecti°n. ~echanical connection, water and <br /> sewer connection within five (5) feet of the manUfactured dwelling. The <br /> electrical service Connection requires-a separate pernit ~hen it is an <br /> ~ntricate part of the manufactured dwelling. Call before installing the <br /> skirting or covering electrical~ water~ saner or mechanical connections. <br /> <br /> This inspection includes Checking distances to adjacent structures, property <br /> lines, streets and sidewalks in a manufactured d~elling parkl and setbacks <br /> floe property lines for installations other than in parks. Property lines <br /> must be clearly marked. <br /> <br />3. FINAL INSPECTION: <br /> <br /> 499 - FINAL: Skirting, deck, and permanent steps are to be complete and the <br /> <br /> <br />
