This review does not include <br />any review of accessory structures. <br /> <br />Separate permits are reqtt:ired for arcessnry structures, including garages and <br />Carports, eler:trical service, water lines, sewer *l. ines' and septic systems. <br /> <br />The approved site plan sha]~ be posted in a v~sJb]e and readily accessible <br />location prior to ~he inspection request. The Manufactured dwelling is to be <br />~nsta]]ed per the 1996 Oregon Han~rlfactttred Pwe]]~ng Standards. <br /> <br />The permit fee for this Manufactured dwe'l'ltng covers a Maximum of three inspections <br />~f corrert~nns are required. All blocking, installation of temporary or permanent <br />stairs, and plumbing, electrical, and Mechanical connections are required prior to <br />an in,part,on request. ~ <br /> <br />8afore inspections are reqoested, the green "Record of Inspection" card Must he posted <br />~n an accessible ~ncat~on near the front of the bu~ld~ng. No inspections will be <br />oerforMed 'if the green c~rd is not posted on the ~ob si~e and available to the inspecter. <br />Po~t the orange card, depicting the property address, at the driveway entrance. <br /> <br />Work May proceed only at the direction of the inspector.
