Based on the results of this study, site <br />approval was granted. The approval is s~te specific to the area tested, and the septic <br />system must be located in the immediate area of the test pats, unless otherwise authorized <br />by this office. A new s~te evaluation May be required if the system is proposed for a <br />different area on the property. <br /> <br />This approval was given on the basis that the lot or parcel will not be further partitioned <br />or subdivided and ~hat conditions on this propert~ and on adjacent properties are not altered <br />~n any Manner which would prohibit the issuance of a permit. Soils in the approved area <br />shal~ not be altered hy cutting, filling, ~r ether developmental activities ~hich would <br />Jmpeoe the successful operation of the ~ni~ial or replacement absorption systems.
