This review does not include <br /> any review of accessory structures. <br /> <br /> Separate permits are required for accessory structures, including garaqes and <br /> carports, electrical service, water lines, sewer lines, and septic eye[ems. <br /> <br /> The approved Site plan shall be posted in a visible and readily accessible <br /> location prior to the inspection request. The manufactured dwelling is to be <br /> installed per the 1996 Oregon Manufactured Dwelling Standards. <br /> <br /> The permit fee for this mannfactured dwelling covers a maximum of three inspections <br /> if corrections are required. All blockinq, installation of temporary or permanent <br /> stairs, and plumbing, electrical, and mecRanical connections are required prior to <br /> an inspection request. <br /> <br /> BPfore inspections are requested~ the green "Record of Inspection" card Must be posted <br /> in an accessible location near the front of th~ buildinq. N° inspections will be <br /> performed if the green card is not posted on the job si~e and available to the inspector. <br /> Post the orange ~:ar'd~ depicting the property address, at the driveway entrance. <br /> <br />Work may proceed only at the direction of the ~nspector. To request an inspection of <br />completed work, DIAL (50~) ~7~-4427 (24-Hour inspection line) prior to 7:88 AM to <br />receive same day service. <br /> <br /> USE INSPECTION CODES WHEN REQUESTING INSPECTIONS: <br /> <br />1. STAND INSPECTION: <br /> <br /> 682 - FOOTINGS: If you are placing concrete for concrete pads; or runners or <br /> concrete for perimeter footings and foundation. Call for inspection before <br /> pouring the concrete. <br /> <br /> This inspection includes checking re-bar placement, when required; checking <br /> distances to adSacent structures, prpper~y lines, streets and sidewalks in . <br /> a Manufactured dwelling park; an~ se~oecKs TrOM proper~X lines for installations <br /> other than parks. Property lioes Must be clearly Marked. <br /> <br />2. INSTALLATION INSPECTION: <br /> <br /> 607 -8LOCKING & CONNECTIONS: This inspection includes blocking placement and <br /> connections: electrical feeder connection, Mechanical connection, water and <br /> sewer connection within five (5) feet of the Manufactured dwelling. The <br /> electrical service connection requires e separate permit when it is an <br /> intricate part of the manufactured dwelling. Call before installing the <br /> skirting or covering electrical, water, sewer or Mechanical connections. <br /> <br /> This inspection includes checking distances to adjacent structures, property <br /> lines, streets and sidewalks in ~ manufactured dwelling park, and setbacks <br /> from property lines for installations other than in parks. Property lines <br /> ~ust be clearly Marked. <br /> <br />~ FINAL INSPECTION: <br /> 499 - FINAL: Ski¥'ting~ d~ck, ~od permanent steps are to be Complete and the <br /> <br /> <br />
