TNIS COVENANT, Made this I ot ,19q~,byandbetwoen <br /> I <br /> 'and the County of Marion, 3tare of Oregon, in consideration of the land use approval by Marion <br />County order i~ incorporated in total herein by this reference, for the placement of a Mobile Home as a <br />temporary residence on property descr/bed as fo#ows to-wit: <br /> <br /> JUL 1 199~ <br />MARION COUNTy <br />BUILDING INSPECTION <br /> <br />Do hereby promise and covenant as follows: <br /> <br />I/We certify that I/we fully understand that the placement of a mobile home on <br />the abovedescribed real property is temporary and for hardship purposes. The <br />conditional use permit is valid for a period of one {1) wear and may be renewed <br />for successive periods of one (1) year on a proper showing that such hardship <br />condition continues to ex, st. I/We hereby agree to remove the mobile home within <br />60 days after expiration of the. conditional use permit or after the hardship <br />condition ceases to exist.
