This review does not include <br />any review of accessory structures. <br /> <br />Separate pernits are required for accessory structures, including garages and <br />carports, electrical servicer water lines, sewer lines~ and septic <br /> <br />lhe approved s~te plan shall be posted in a visible and readily accessible <br />location prior to the inspection request. The nanufactured dwelling is to be <br />installed per the 1976 Oregon Nanufactured Dwelling Standards. <br /> <br />The permit fee for this manufactured dwelling covers a maximum of three inspections <br />~f corrections are required. All b]ocking~ installation of temporary or permanent <br />stairs, and plumbing~ electrical~ and mechanical connections are required prior bo <br />an inspection request. <br /> <br />Before inspections are requested, the green "Record of Inspection" card must be posted <br />~n an accessible location near the front of the building. No inspections will be <br />~erformed if the green card is not posted on the job si~e and available to the inspector. <br />~ost the orange card~ depicting the property address~ at the driveway entrance. <br /> <br />Work may proceed only at the direction of the inspector. To request an inspection <br />completed work~ DIAL (503) 373-4427 (24-Hour inspection line) p~ior to 7:0~-AH <br />receive same day service. <br /> <br />USE INSPECTION CODFS WHEN REOUESTIN~ INSPECTIONS: <br /> <br />1. STAND INSPECTION: <br /> <br /> 602 - FOOTINGS: If you are placing concrete for concrete pads~ or runners or* <br /> concrete for perimeter footings and foundation. Call for inspection before <br /> pouring the concrete. <br /> <br /> This inspection includes checking re-bar placement, when required; checking <br /> d~stances to adjacent structures, property lines~ streets and sidewalks <br /> a nanufactured dwelling park, and setbacks from propertx lines for installations <br /> other than parks. Property lines must be clearly marked. <br /> <br />2. INSTALLATION INSPECTION: <br /> <br /> 607 - B[OCK~N(; & CONNECTIONS: This inspection includes blocking placement and <br /> conn,'~tions: electrical feeder connection. Mechanical connection, water and <br /> s~w,r connection within five (5) feet of the Manufactured dwelling. The <br /> ~le~:trical service connection requires a separate permit when it is an <br /> ~ntricate pert of the manufactured dwelling.
