I <br />received the house in a Marion County divorce from Richard H. Ormsbee, final date, <br />February 17, 1996. I am selling half the property to satisfy the conditions of the divorce. <br />My application for annexation into the City of Aurora and minor partition will be reviewed <br />by the Aurora Planning Commission on July 2, 1996. There are no anticipated problems, <br />as my property is on the City line. <br /> <br />The person I have contacted to dig the test holes will have the property mowed and the <br />holes dug by June 24, 1996, so the inspector can plan his visit shortly thereafter. <br /> <br />I will call you this Friday, June 14, to see if you have any questions regarding this <br />application. <br /> <br />Thank you for your phone assistance to me to date. <br /> <br /> <br />
