NOTICE OF DECISION ADMINISTRATIVE REVIEW CASE NO. 96-33 MARION COUNTY APPLICATION: Application of Forrest Megy and Gregory Brentano for an administrative review to replace an existing mobile home and a single family dwelling on a 1.66 acre parcel in an EFU (EXCLUSIVE FARM USE) zone for property located at 19436 Butteville Road NE, Aurora. (Section 30; T4S; R1W). Tax lot 75790-000. DECISION: Notice is hereby given that the Planning Director for Marion County has determined that the existing dwellings may be replaced as requested by the applicant. ~__~ This decision is valid only when exercised by ~ (two years from the effective date of the decision) u~less an extenSion is granted. The effective period of this application may be extended for one year subject to approval of an extension. Request for an extension must be submitted to the Planning Division prior to expiration of the approval. (Extension form available from the Planning Division). CONDITIONS: The applicant shall obtain all necessary building permits from the Marion County Building Inspection Division. The replacement dwellings shall be placed as indicated of the submitted plot plan. The existing dwellings must be removed from the property within 3 months of occupancy of the replacement mobile home. PROCEDURE: The Marion County Zoning Ordinance provides that Administrative Review applications be considered first by the County Planning Director. If there is any doubt that the applica- tion conforms with adopted land use policies and regulations the Director must deny the application. Any interested person who dis- agrees with the Director's decision may appeal the decision to the Marion County Hearings Officer. A public hearing is held on appeals subject to the appellant paying a $150.00 fee.
