NOTICE OF DECISION <br />ADMINISTRATIVE REVIEW CASE NO. 96-33 <br /> <br /> MARION COUNTY <br />APPLICATION: Application of Forrest Megy and Gregory <br />Brentano for an administrative review to replace an existing mobile <br />home and a single family dwelling on a 1.66 acre parcel in an EFU <br />(EXCLUSIVE FARM USE) zone for property located at 19436 Butteville <br />Road NE, Aurora. (Section 30; T4S; R1W). Tax lot 75790-000. <br /> <br />DECISION: Notice is hereby given that the Planning Director for <br />Marion County has determined that the existing dwellings may be <br />replaced as requested by the applicant. <br /> <br />~__~ This decision is valid only when exercised by <br />~ (two years from the effective date of the decision) <br />u~less an extenSion is granted. The effective period of this <br />application may be extended for one year subject to approval of an <br />extension. Request for an extension must be submitted to the <br />Planning Division prior to expiration of the approval. (Extension <br />form available from the Planning Division). <br /> <br />CONDITIONS: <br /> <br />The applicant shall obtain all necessary building permits from <br />the Marion County Building Inspection Division. <br /> <br />The replacement dwellings shall be placed as indicated of the <br />submitted plot plan. <br /> <br />The existing dwellings must be removed from the property <br />within 3 months of occupancy of the replacement mobile home. <br /> <br />PROCEDURE: The Marion County Zoning Ordinance provides that <br />Administrative Review applications be considered first by the <br />County Planning Director. If there is any doubt that the applica- <br />tion conforms with adopted land use policies and regulations the <br />Director must deny the application. Any interested person who dis- <br />agrees with the Director's decision may appeal the decision to the <br />Marion County Hearings Officer. <br /> <br />A public hearing is held on appeals subject to the appellant paying <br />a $150.00 fee.
