Where these two measurements
meet, should bring you to the tank lid.

The tank is metal with a capacity of approximately 750 gallons.
The tank is in good condition and the !id and baffles are intact
and in place. At the time of pumping the water level in the tank
was normal and there was no water running back into the tank from
the drainfield, indicating that the drainfield is functioning
properly at this time.

We are enclosing a billing for the services we provided.

If you have additional questions, or if we may be of service to you
or to your customers.in the future, please call our office at
(503) 769-230Z and we will be happy to assist you.

Respectfully submitted,

Frank Wilson, Owner
D.E.Q. ~34916

FW/lgs
Enclosure

commercial, residendol ,: ......
