WE CANNOT APPROVE THE RE(]UEST TO REPLACE THE PREVIOUS <br /> TWO BEDROOM MOBILE HOME WITH A LARGER THREE BEDROOM UNIT. <br /> THERE IS NO SPACE TO CONSTRUCT A FULL REPLACEMENT SEPTIC <br /> SYSTEN WHICH IS NECESSARY TO SITE A LARGER HOME. THIS PARCEL <br /> HAS BEEN EXTENSIVELY ALTERD BY CUT AND FILL. SEPTIC SYSTEM <br /> DRAINFIELDS MUST ONLY BE INSTALLED INTO THE NATURAL UNDIS- <br /> TURBED TOPSOIL. THE EXISTING SEPTIC SYSTEM IS SMALL, CON- <br /> 'STRUCTED FOR A TWO BEDROOM MOBILE HOME.
