This review does not znclude <br />any review of accessory structures. <br />Separate permits are required for accessory structures, including garages and <br /> carports, electrica! service, water lines, sewer lines, and septic <br /> <br />The approved s~te plan shall be posted in a visible and readily accessible <br />location prior to the inspection request. The manufactured dwelling is to be <br />Jnsta]Ied per the 1976 Oregon Nanufactured ~welling Standards. <br /> <br />The permit fee for th~s manufactured dwelling covers a maximum of three inspections <br />~f corrertions are required. All blockinfl, installation of temporary or permanent <br />stairs, and plumbing, electrical, and mechanical connections are required prior to <br />an inspection request. <br /> <br />Before inspections are requested, the green "Record of Inspection" card Rust be posted <br />Jn an accessible location near tee front of the building.
