This review does not include <br />any review of accessory structures. - <br /> <br />Separate permits are required for accessory structures, including garages and <br />ca~ports,-electr~cal service, water lines, s~wer lines, and septic systems. <br /> <br />The approved site plan shall be posted in a visible and readily accessible <br />location prior to ~he inspection r~qu~st. The ~anufactured dwelling is to be <br />~nstal]ed per the 1996 Oregon manuzactured Dwelling Standards. <br /> <br />The permit fee for this manufactured dwelling covers a maximum of three inspections <br />~f corrections are required. All blocking, installation of temporary or permanent <br />stairs, and plumbing, electrical, and mechanical connections are required prior to <br />an inspection request. <br /> <br />Before inspections are requested, the green "Record of Inspection" card must be posted <br />~.n an accessible location near the front of the building. Ho inspections will be <br />performed ~[f the green card is not posted on the job site and available to the inspector. <br />Po'st the orange card, depicting the property address, at the driveway entrance. <br /> <br />Work may proceed only at the direction of the inspector. To request an inspection of <br />completed work, DIAL. (5B3) 373-4427 (24-Hour inspection line) prior to 7:Be AM to <br />receive same day service. <br /> <br />USE INSPECTIOH CODES WHEN REQUESTINg INSPECTIONS: <br /> <br />1. STAND INSPECTION: <br /> <br /> 6BT - FOOTIHGS: If you are placing concrete for concrete pads; or runners or <br /> concrete for perimeter footings and foundation. Call for inspection before <br /> pouring the concrete. " <br /> <br /> This inspection includes checking re-bar placement~ when required; checkin~ <br /> d~stances to adjacent structures, property lines, streets and sidewalks in <br /> a manufactured dwelling park~ and setbacks from propert~ lines for installations <br /> other than parks. Property lines must~be clearly marked. <br /> <br />2. INSTALLATION INSPECTION: <br /> <br /> 6B7 - ~LOCKIN~ & CONNECTIONS: This inspection includes blocking placement and <br /> connections: electrical feeder connection, mechanical connection, water and <br /> sewer c~mnect~on within five (5) feet of the manufactured dwelling. The <br /> electrical service connection requires a separate permit when it is an <br /> intricate part of the manufactured dwelling. Call before installing the <br /> skirting or covering electrical, w~t~r, sewer or ~echa~ical contractions. <br /> <br /> '[h~s ~nspe~tion includes checking distances to adjacent structures, property <br /> i~nes, streets and sidewalks in a manufactured dwelling park; a~d ~etbccks <br /> ·rom property l~nes for installations other than in parks.
