The development,which is still <br /> in the construction phase,will ultimately consist of a 150-acre, 18-hole golf course (open to <br /> the public); a 10,000 square foot clubhouse (also open to the public); and a 186-acre (580 <br /> home) planned unit development surrounding the golf course. The Creekside development <br /> has been carefully designed to incorporate and maximize natural contours,vegetation,water . <br /> ways, and open spaces. For more information regarding the development, please see <br /> Appendix C, attached hereto. The 117.86 acres that are the subject of this application for <br /> re-classification were previously certified under the Western Oregon Small Tract Optional <br /> Tax Law.
