The <br /> attached spreadsheet is designed to include all necessary information. If you need more than <br /> one page, please copy the enclosed spreadsheet as many times as needed. Only include data <br /> for the open space portion of open space accounts that are unchanged except for trending. We <br /> need to know the status of all counties, so even if your county has no open space accounts, or <br /> no unchanged accounts, write an appropriate comment on the spreadsheet and return it as well. <br /> Please fax the completed spreadsheet to me at (503) 945-873Yby Friday.
