This review does not include <br /> any review of accessory structures. <br /> <br />Separate permits are required for accessory structures, including garages and <br /> carports, electrical service, water lines, sewer lines, and septic systems. <br /> <br />The approved site plan shall be posted in a visible and readily accessible <br />location prior to the inspection request. The manufactured dwelling is to be <br />installed per the 1996 Oregon manufactured Dwelling Standards. <br /> <br />The permit fee for this manufaf~rp~ dpelling cpv~s.a maximum of three inspectiops <br />if corrections are required. INSTALLATION INSPECTION: <br /> <br /> 6B7 - BLOCKING & CONNECTIONS: This inspection includes blocking placement and <br /> connections: electrical feeder connection, mechanical connection, water and <br /> sewer connection within five (5)feet of-the manufactured dwelling. The <br /> electrical service connection requires a separate permit when it is an <br /> intricate part of the manufactured dwelIing. Call before installing the <br /> skirting or covering electrical, water, sewer or mechanical connections. <br /> <br /> This inspection includes checking distances to adjacent structures, property <br /> lines, streets and sidewalks in a manufactured dwelling park~ and setbacks <br /> from property lines for installations other than in parks. Property lines <br /> must be clearly marked. <br /> <br /> FINAL INSPECTION: <br /> <br /> 699 - FINAL: Skirting, deck, and permanent steps are to be complete and the <br /> <br /> <br />
