This adjustment still maintains the intent of the setback provision by maintaining a 6-foot setback which <br />will avoid the need for further fire hardening building techniques. Furthermore, there is no room for <br />development in the rear yard as a creek runs through it. It is difficult to develop of the parcel due to its size <br />and the seasonal creek. The criterion is met. <br /> <br />7.
