time shall take or carry onto such premises or drink thereon intoxicating liquor, except from a <br />licensed vendor. Prior to the event, the applicant shall provide evidence of vendors' OLCC <br />license(s) to sell alcohol at the event. <br />L. Illegal Drugs. <br />o The operator of the mass gathering shall not permit any person to bring into the outdoor mass <br />gathering, or upon the premises thereof, any illegal drugs, nor permit illegal drugs to be used on <br />the premises. <br />o The applicant shall notify the Marion County Sheriff Department of the use of any illegal <br />substances on the property and identify the individuals to the responding Officer. <br />M.
