The applicant changed the event from a small mass gathering to <br />a large mass gathering in 2023. Traffic concerns in 2023 prompted Marion County Planning to <br />require a new application in 2024. The 2024 and 2025 large mass gatherings did not experience <br />the traffic issues. The applicant proposes a mass gathering permit for the last two weekends of <br />July in 2026, 2027, and 2028.
