Any noise associated with the use will not have a significant adverse impact on nearby land uses. <br /> <br />The applicant explained in their application that the work onsite consists of the works crews gathering at the property, <br />putting the needed equipment into their trucks, connecting the required portable toilet trailers to the trucks, and then <br />heading out to the job sites to work on farms. These activities as described will not have a significant adverse impact <br />on nearby land uses as they are even less intense than most farming operations since there is no heavy machinery <br />involved. The criterion is met. <br /> <br />5. The use will not have a significant adverse impact on potential water impoundments identified in the <br />Comprehensive Plan, and not create significant conflicts with operations included in the Comprehensive Plan <br />inventory of significant mineral and aggregate sites. <br /> <br />There are no nearby water impoundments or mineral and aggregate sites that would be impacted by the proposal. <br />The criterion is met. <br /> <br />9.
