The stakeout must be completed in accordance with <br />the attached instructions. The house site must be placed <br />the lot after both the initial and replacement septic <br />systems have been physically staked out on the proPe~, <br />Remember that any excavation work downslope of-the septic <br />system.and in excess of 30 inches deep-'will require ~a -25 <br />foot setback to the septic system. An inspection will be <br />made 'of the property after each stakeout ~is completed ~and <br />before each septic permit is issued in the' subdivision. ~ <br /> <br />Please submit a copy of the final plat of the subdivision to <br />our office. This should reflect the changes, in property <br />lines and changes in numbering that have; taken, place since <br />thepreliminary plat~'was submitted for evaluation. <br /> <br />Please call our office if you have any questions.
