Based on the res~.~lt.s o.f this study,.site <br />approval was granted. The approval is site specific to the area testeo, and 'the septic~ <br />system must be located in the immediate area of the test pits, unless otherwise authorized <br />by_ this office. A new site evmluation_May be required if the system is proposed for a <br />different area on the property. ~ <br /> <br />This approval was qiven on the basis that the lot or parcel will not be further partitioned <br />or subdivided and that conditions on this property and on adjacent properties are not altered <br />in any Manner which would prohibit the issuance of a permit. Soils in the approved area <br />shall not be altered by cut'ting, filling, or other developmental activities which would <br />impede the successful operatio~ of the initial or re@laceMent absorption systems. Failure <br />to comply with the above items May void this approval. ' <br /> <br />The site evaluation approval runs with the land, but the permit is non-transferable and non- <br />refundable. <br /> <br />Keep this document with your r. ecords. Show this permit to the septic installer prior to <br />installation of the system, nny deviation from the approved plan must have prior approval from <br />this office. <br /> <br />The following construction specifications shall apply to the installation of the initial <br />septic system: <br /> <br /> TYPE OF INITIAL SYSTEM: SAND FILTER <br /> <br /> MINIMUM SEPTIC TANK CAPACITY: 1888 GALLONS <br /> LINEAL FEET OF DRAINFIELD: 158 <br /> TYPE OF DISTRIBUTION: SERIAL <br /> DISPOSAL TRENCH DEPTH: 24 INCHES, MINIMUM;3~ INCHES, MAXIMUM <br /> TOTAL DRAIN MEDIA DEPTH: 12 INCHES <br /> DRAIN MEDIA UNDER PIPE: & INCHES <br /> MINIMUM SOIL BACKFILL: 12 INCHES <br /> GROUND WATER IHTERCEPTOR: N <br /> <br /> The disposal trenches are constructed two (2) feet wide and on minimum ten (18) foot centers <br /> and with no line exceedinq 125 feet in length The trenches and perforated pipe are <br /> installed level (+/- one inch) and contoured ~o follow the natural ground surface. <br /> TYPE OF FUTURE REPLACEMENT SYSTEM: SAND FILTER <br /> <br />COMMENTS AND CONDITIONS <br /> <br />?~f!~ :~EPTIC REVIEW WAS COMPLETED BY ROBERT FOSTER on <br />FEBRUARY 21, 1796. <br />This system Must be inspected prior to covet-. To request <br />an inspection of completed work, call 588-??84 (24-hour <br />line). When requesting the inspection, be sure to give <br />installer's name~ phone number~ size of tank, and total <br />length of drainfleld. Inspection will be completed within <br />seven days of reguest. <br />Observe all reguired setbacks during installation of the <br />septic system. No excavations greater than 38 inches are <br />allowed within 58 feet downslo~e of the initial drainfield <br />or the future replacement drainfield. <br /> <br /> <br />
