<br />e. The guest facility shall be located within 100 feet of the primary use dwelling on the same property, <br />measured from the closest portion of each structure; and <br /> <br />f. The guest facility shall use the same septic system as the primary use dwelling, except when a separate <br />system is required by the building inspection division due to site constraints, or failure of the existing <br />system, or where the size or condition of the existing system precludes its use, additional drain lines may <br />be added to an existing system, when appropriate; and <br /> <br />g. The guest facility shall not be occupied as a dwelling unit; and <br /> <br />h. The guest facility shall not have an address; and <br /> <br />i. A declaratory statement shall be recorded requiring compliance with the standards in this subsection; <br /> <br />The conditions above will be conditions of approval. The proposal will make an adjustment to condition (e) by <br />allowing for a pre-existing structure to be converted from an accessory structure to a guest facility that is 114 feet <br />from the primary dwelling. Condition (f) may be satisfied by connecting to a previously installed supplemental <br />septic system connection from an approved conditional use medical hardship dwelling that has since been <br />removed from the property. The use of this septic system will depend on the authorization by the Marion County <br />Septic Department. The guest facility will not be addressed (h), and a “Guest Facility Restrictions and <br />Requirements” declaratory statement shall be recorded (i). <br /> <br />8.
