<br /> On January 21, 2009, James A. and Beverly F. Farley transfer this land to RIPFAR LTD via Reel 3026, Page 364. <br />Once again this involves TL 1100 and the main 45 acres south of Arndt Rd and west of Boones Ferry Rd, with a <br />“Save and Except” for the approximately 5 acres that includes TL 1200-1700. Then there is an “Also Save and <br />Except” of 1.32 acres that is the approximate equivalent of TL 1101. <br /> <br /> At this time Staff has concluded that TL 1101 (Tax account 510242; Parcel 041W02B001101) is not a separate <br />legal lot and is not legal for land use purposes. Staff concludes that this tax lot is a part of tax lot 1100 (Tax Account <br />510241; Parcel 041W02B001100). <br /> <br />9. Based on the above findings, it has been determined that tax lot 1101 (Tax account 510242; Parcel <br />041W02B001101) is not a separate legal lot or parcel.
