I found that property with tax account no. 604890 (971 <br />Park Ave NE) at the same HOA, and the same size of the land (0.1 acres) has land AV of <br />$132,040. But mine is $142,040 what is $10,000 more. Recent sales in the area from 2024 <br />to 2025 show lower or slightly higher market values for comparable homes ( examples <br />included in documents), indicating my current assessment may exceed fair market value. I <br />ask that the assessment be adjusted to reflect the actual purchase price and current <br />market conditions.
