But mine is $142,040 what is $10,000 more. Recent sales in the area from 2024 <br />to 2025 show lower or slightly higher market values for comparable homes ( examples <br />included in documents), indicating my current assessment may exceed fair market value. I <br />ask that the assessment be adjusted to reflect the actual purchase price and current <br />market conditions.
