X. Appeal Rights <br />An appeal of this decision may be taken by anyone aggrieved or affected by this Order. <br />An appeal must be filed with the Marion County Clerk (555 Court Street NE, Salem, Oregon) by <br />5:00 on the 14th day of April, 2025. The appeal must be in writing, must be filed in duplicate, <br />must be accompanied by a payment of $500.00, and must state wherein this Order fails to <br />conform to the provisions of the applicable code provision(s).
