The septic system is pro~osed tO serve a 3 bedroom <br /> <br /> Based on the results of this study, o~-site sewage disposal appears <br />feasible ~or the property. However, site conditions will require ~he installa- <br />tion of a Tile Dewatering AlternatSve System for the original system and a <br />Til~ Dewatering Alternative System ~or the future replacement system. These <br />are described i~ the attached construe%ion de=ail ~nd setback cheats. <br /> <br /> This approval is given on the basis that the lot or ~arcel will not be <br />further partitioned ef subdivided and that conditions on this property and on <br />adjacent properties are net altered in any manner which would prQhibi~ the <br />issuance of a pc=mit, soils in the approved area shall not be altened or <br />modified by cutting, filling, or other developmental activitie~ which would <br />impede the successful operation of the initial or replacement soil absorption <br />systems.
