May 10, 1994 <br />SITE NUMBER: <br /> <br />John Davidson <br />94-01620 <br /> <br /> Your site has been found suitable for a STANDARD ON-SITE SEWAGE DISPOSAL <br />SYSTEM. The following construction s~eoificatione shall a~ly to the installa- <br />tion of your septic systex~. <br /> <br /> 1. The septic tank shall have a minimum liquid capacit~ of 1O0q <br /> gallons. <br /> <br /> 2. The projected daily aewage flow for this project ie calculated at <br /> 450 ~allons ~er day. Eased on soil conditions observed on this <br /> site, the disposal field will be sized at 150 lineal feet per ~0 <br /> ~a110~s of projected ~aily sewage flow. A minimum Of 450 ~ineal <br /> fe~t of disposal fiel~ will be required for your proposed develop- <br /> ~ent. The disposal trenches are constr~eted two (2) feet wide and <br /> on minimum ten (10) foot centers and with no line e~ce~din~ 125 <br /> feet in length. The trenches and ~erforated pipe are in,tailed <br /> level (~1") and ~onto~red to fellow the natural ground surfaoe. <br /> <br /> The disDOsal field shall De constructed with D.erial ~istr!bution <br /> with a ~inimu~ trench depth of ~ inches and a maximum trench <br /> depth Of ~0 ~nches, There must be at least ~ of backfill <br /> over the top of the gravel, measured from th~ natural ground <br /> <br /> A groundwater interceptor is required as part of this system, This <br />inte~ceptor trench must be constructed a minimum twelve (12) inches wide by <br />forty-eight (48) inches deep with thirty-six (36) inches of clean gravel <br />placed over a four (4) inch smooth wall pe~foratsd pipe. The interceptor must <br />be located at least ten (10) ~eet up~lo~ from the disposal field and must <br />discharge through a watertight, non-~erforated 9ipe beside or Delow the <br />disposal field. A separation of 25 ~eet ~s required from the septic tank if <br />the tank is located upslope of the groundwater isterceptor. <br /> <br /> This appro=al i0 site specific to the area tented and =he septic system <br />must be located in th~ immediate area e£ the test pits unless othe=wise autho- <br />rized by this offi0e. A new site evaluation ma~ be required if the syste~ is <br />propo=ed for a different area on ~he property. <br /> <br />SPECI;tL CONDITIONS= <br /> The test pits are located approximately 2~0 feet from champoeg Road and <br /> directly upslo~ of ~he e~ieting house. Avoid the concave lan~ form <br /> (swale) located next to the test pits. <br /> <br /> <br />
