KAILEY <br /> 93-2719 <br /> <br /> Your site has been found s=itable for a SAND FILTER PLUS FULL CAPPING <br />FILL ALTERNATIVE SEWAGE DISPOSAL SYSTE~. The following ~onctruction Specifica- <br />tion~ shall apply to the installation of your septic System. <br /> <br />The septic tank shall have a minimum liquid capacity of ~ <br />gallons. <br /> <br />The projected daily sewage flow for this project ia calculated at <br />30 ell r da . Based on soil 0onditions observed on this <br />cite, the disposal field will be sized at ~u5 lineal fee~_~r 150 <br />~allons of projected daily sewage flow. A minimu~ of 135 ~ <br />feet of disposal field will be required for your proposed develop- <br />ment. The disposal tFenshec are constructe~ two (2) feat wide and <br />on minimum te~ (10) foot senters and with no line exceeding 125 <br />feet in length. The trenches and perforated ~ipe are installed <br />level (xl") and contoured to follow the natural ground surface. <br /> <br />The disposal field shall ba oonstruOted with al dis 'bution <br />with a minimum trench depth of ~ and a maximum trench <br />depth of ~. The cap, lng fill material must b~ inspected <br />and approved prior te placement. The fill shall be of the same <br />textural class, or ene class finer, than the native topsoil. The <br />disposal field area must be scarified to destroy any vegetative <br />mat on the s~rface. The site must be p~ote¢~ed from traffic, livestock, farming or <br /> other damaging activities. <br /> <br /> An effluent lift pump may be necessary to construct the disposal field <br />in the approved area and at the correct depth. <br /> <br /> This approval ia site s~ecifio to the area tested and the septic system <br />must be located in the irradiate area of th~ test pits unless otherwise autho- <br />rized by this office. A new site ~ealuation may be required if the system is <br />proposed for a different area on the property. <br /> <br />SPECIAL CONDITIONS: <br /> The drainfields must be constr~ot~d within the area of the test pits on <br /> the highest surface possible. Use care not to alter the ground surface <br /> as the drai~fields r~ust be ¢onstructe~ into the natural undisturbed <br /> topsail.
