Th~ following construction s~esifications shall apply to the installa- tion of your septic system. 1. The septic tank shall have a minimum liquid capaolty of 1000 gallons. The projected daily sewage flow for this project is calculated at 450 gallons per day, Eased on soil conditions observed on this site, the disposal field will be sized at ~Q ~$npal ~eet per I50 ~allens o? projected daily sewage fl~w. A mini~ ef ~ feet of d~s~osal f~eld will be required ~or your proposed develop- ment, The disposal trenches a~e constructed two (2) feet wide and on minimum ten (10) foot ~enters and with no line exceeding 12~ f~et in length. The trenches and perforated pipe are installed level (zl") and contoured to follow the natural ground surface. The disposal field shall be constructed with serial distribution with a minimum trench depth of 24 inche~ and a maximum =reneh depth of 24 inches. There must be at least ~ of backfill ov~r the top of the gravel~ measured from the natural ground surface. This aDproval is site specific to the area tested and the septic system must be located in the i~mediate area of the test pits unless otherwise autho- rized by this offioe. A new site evaluation may be required if the system is proposed for a different area on the property. S~ECIAL CONDITIONS: Const~ust the drainfields within the l~ediate area of the soil test pits. Use care not to alter the natural topsoil before drainfield installation. A p=e-oo~struction field stakeout kS recommended to establish the elevations and locations of the individual drainfield lines for both systems prior to siting any wells. Refer to the e~olossd stakeout procedure and the setback list for details to complete the stakeout. Allow epees for a f~=ure' upslope curtain should it prov~ necessary. Note, especially the separation distance between the curtain drain aad the septic tank depending upon whether the tank is above Or below the curtain drain.
