PO T/L 200 Your site has been found sultable for a STANDARD ON-EITE SEWAGE DISPOSAL SYSTEM. The following Oonst~uctlon s~cificatloas sh&11 apply to the installa- tion of your septic system. The septic tank shall have a minimum liquid capacity of 100~ gallons. 2. The projected daily sewage flow for this project is calculate0 at 4S0 qallons.....~er day. Eased on soil conditions observed on this site, the disposal field will be sized at lB0 llneal .~pet Der 150 ~ of proje0ted daily sewage flOw. A minimum of ~ feet of disposal field wall be required for your proposed develop- ment. The disposal trenches are constructed two (2) feet wide and on minimum ten (10} foot centers and with no line exceeding 125 feet in length. The trenches and perforated pipe are installed level (~1"} and contoured to follow the natural ground surface. 3. The disposal' field shall be construsted with serial distributio~ with a minimum trensh depth of ~4 inches and a maximum trenoh depth of 24 inches. There must be at least 12 inches of backfill over the to~ of the gravel, measured from the natural ground An effluent lift pump may be necessary to construct the disposal field in the approved area and at the correct depth. Thie approval is site specific to the area tested and the septic syst~ mu~t be lobated in ~he in~ediate area of the ~est pits unless otherwise autho- rized by this office. A new =ire evaluation may be requirsd if the system is proposed for a different area on the property. SPECIAL CONDITIONS: Construct the drainfields within the immediate area of the ~oil pits. soil conditions are ~arglnal, ~o u~e sate not to alter the natural topsoil prior to drainfield installation. A pre-construction field stakeout of the individual drainfield llnes for both systems is me~ded prior to siting any wells. Refer to the stakeout procedure and th~ s~tbac~ li~ fe~ de~ails to complete the ~tak~out. Allow space for a future upslope CUrtain drain should i~ prove necessary.
