PO T/L 200 <br /> <br /> Your site has been found sultable for a STANDARD ON-EITE SEWAGE DISPOSAL <br />SYSTEM. The following Oonst~uctlon s~cificatloas sh&11 apply to the installa- <br />tion of your septic system. <br /> <br /> The septic tank shall have a minimum liquid capacity of 100~ <br /> gallons. <br /> <br /> 2. The projected daily sewage flow for this project is calculate0 at <br /> 4S0 qallons.....~er day. Eased on soil conditions observed on this <br /> site, the disposal field will be sized at lB0 llneal .~pet Der 150 <br /> ~ of proje0ted daily sewage flOw. A minimum of ~ <br /> feet of disposal field wall be required for your proposed develop- <br /> ment. The disposal trenches are constructed two (2) feet wide and <br /> on minimum ten (10} foot centers and with no line exceeding 125 <br /> feet in length. The trenches and perforated pipe are installed <br /> level (~1"} and contoured to follow the natural ground surface. <br /> <br /> 3. The disposal' field shall be construsted with serial distributio~ <br /> with a minimum trensh depth of ~4 inches and a maximum trenoh <br /> depth of 24 inches. There must be at least 12 inches of backfill <br /> over the to~ of the gravel, measured from the natural ground <br /> <br /> An effluent lift pump may be necessary to construct the disposal field <br />in the approved area and at the correct depth. <br /> <br /> Thie approval is site specific to the area tested and the septic syst~ <br />mu~t be lobated in ~he in~ediate area of the ~est pits unless otherwise autho- <br />rized by this office. A new =ire evaluation may be requirsd if the system is <br />proposed for a different area on the property. <br /> <br />SPECIAL CONDITIONS: <br /> Construct the drainfields within the immediate area of the ~oil <br /> pits. soil conditions are ~arglnal, ~o u~e sate not to alter the natural <br /> topsoil prior to drainfield installation. A pre-construction field <br /> stakeout of the individual drainfield llnes for both systems is <br /> me~ded prior to siting any wells. Refer to the stakeout procedure and <br /> th~ s~tbac~ li~ fe~ de~ails to complete the ~tak~out. Allow space for a <br /> future upslope CUrtain drain should i~ prove necessary.
