NORT~ PO T/L 200 <br /> <br /> You~ site has been found suitable £er a STANDARD ON-SITE SEWAGB DISPOSAL <br />SYSTEM. The following constructio~ specifications shall apply to the installa- <br /> <br /> 1. The septic tank shall have a minimum liquid capacity of 1000 <br /> <br /> 2. The projected daily sewage flow for this project is calculated at <br /> 450~allons per day. Based on sell conditions observed on this <br /> ~te, the disposal field will be si~ed at 150 lineal feet Der 15O <br /> ~%len~ of ~=o~ected dally sewage flow. A minimum of 4~0 lineal <br /> feet of disposal fleld wLll be r~qulred for your proposed develop- <br /> ~ent. The disposal trenches are constructed two (2) feet wide and <br /> on minimum ten (10) foot centers and with no line exceeding 125 <br /> feet i~ length. The trenches and perforated pipe are installed <br /> level (~") and contoured to follow the natural ground surface. <br /> <br /> 3. The dis~osal field shall be constructed with serial dis~ributlo.~ <br /> with a minimum trench depth of ~ and a maximum trench <br /> depth of ~4 inches. There must be at least ~hes of backfill <br /> Over the top of the gravel~ ~easured from the natural ground <br /> <br /> A groundwater interceptor is required as part of this system. Thi~ <br />interceptor t~en~h ~ust be constructed a ~i~imum twelve (12} i~che~ wide by 42 <br />inches deep with 36 inches of clean gravel placed over a £our (4) inch smooth <br />wall perforated pipe. The int~rceptor must be located at least ten (10) fee~ <br />upslope from the disposal field a~d must discharge through a watertight, non- <br />perforated pipe beside or below t~e disposal field. A se~aration of 25 feet is <br />required from the septic tank if the tank is located upslope of the groundwa- <br />ter interceptor. <br /> <br /> An effluent lift pump may be ~ecessary to construc~ the disposal field <br />ia the approved area and at the correct depth. <br /> <br /> This approval is site Specific to the area tested ~nd the septic system <br />must be located in the ia=aedlate urea of the test ~its unless otherwis~ autho- <br />rized by this office. A new site evaluation may be required if the system is <br />propes~d for a different area on the property. <br /> <br />SPECIAL CONDITION$~ <br /> Construct the drainfiel~s within the immediate area of the te~ pits and <br /> no farther downslope. Avoid the COnCave landform. A pre-~rmit field <br /> stakeout will be ~eo~ssary ~e establish =he locatlon and elevations of <br /> the individual drainfield lines for both ~ystem- RefeN to the stakeout <br /> pTocedure and the setback %is~ for d~talls to uompl~e the st&k~ou~. <br /> NOte, especially the separation distance between the septic tank and <br /> curtain drain depending upon whether the tank is above or below the <br /> curtain drain. Siting wells should be deferred pending the stakeout <br /> review. Soil conditions are mar~inaI fo~ ~ta~dard ~yetem construction so <br /> use care not alter the natural ~opsoil prior to drainfield installation. <br /> <br /> <br />
