NE <br />woodburn, Oregon 97071 <br /> <br /> SUBJECT= SITE #93-04221, T:4S, R:~W, <br /> SITE ADD, SS= 13367 Donald Rd. N~, Aurora <br /> <br /> Our office ha~ completed th~ evaluation for the proposed installation of <br />an on-site sewage system. The septic system is proposed to serve a 3 bedroom <br />s£ngle f~ily residence on the pre~rty. <br /> <br /> Based on the results of this study, on-site sewage disposal appears <br />feasible for the property. Al~proval is for the installation of a STANDARD <br />SEWAGE DISPOSAL SYSTEM, as described in the attached construction detail and <br />setback sheets. <br /> <br /> This approval ia given on the basis that the lot or parcel will not be <br />further partitioned or subdivided and that conditions on this pro~rty and cn <br />adjacent p~opertie~ are not altered in any manne~ which would prohibit the <br />issuance of a permit. Soils in the approved a~ea shall not be altered or <br />modified by cutting, filling, o~ other developmental activities which would <br />impede the successful operation of the initial or replacement soil absorption <br />systems. Failure to comply with the above items may void this approval. <br /> <br /> This reoo~ is no~ a De,mit to install She sewage svste~....A ~rmit mu~t <br />be obtained before any system cpnetrnotion colors. A lm~rmit may be issued ~ly <br />after the property has been found to be compatible with applicable LCDC <br />acknowledged local co~%~rehensive land u~e plan, A Statement of Land Use <br />Compatibility or its equivalent is required before a const~ction l>ermit can <br />be issued. <br /> <br /> A detailed plot plan, drawn to scale (ex. 1" = 60'), must be snbmitted <br />with the permit application befor~ the construction-installation permit can be <br />issued. Yhe system mu~t b~ installed by the property owner or a DEQ licensed <br />septic installer. <br /> <br /> This site evaluation report i~ valid until an on-site Sewage system is <br />installed pursuant to the construction p~rmit obtained fTom this office, Or <br />until earlier cancellation pursuant to the Environmental Quality Commission <br />rules.
